M.SaaS provides high-end Support Services to our customers utilising our elite line-up of seasoned Support Consultants. We offer assistance and guidance to users by answering queries and providing clarification on functional and technical matters with ad-hoc brainstorming, ideas-sharing and training. We also troubleshoot and address any system issues that may arise, and help fine-tune and enhance solutions with product updates and the deployment of patches.

NetSuite maintenance/ Support Services is defined as: post-implementation activities related to the solution/ implementation undertaken from the time the system goes live to keep the system running.
