- Understand Customer / Product Requirement directly from Customer Users, Consultants and/or Document (BRD / FRD) to write TRD.
- Participate and Contribute in Solution / Product Design Sessions and Documentations.
- Illustrate design ideas using wireframes, story boards, user flows, process flows and sitemaps.
- Adhere to Style Standards on Fonts, Colors, Images etc.
- Identify and troubleshoot UI/UX problems.
- Conduct layout adjustments based on QA / user feedback.
- Review and enhance existing Designs.
- Perform Internal Training and Play Mentorship role when needed.
- Maintain positive and healthy professional relationship with Customers and Team members.
- Degree or Higher Diploma in IT or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum of Two (02) years’ experience as UI/UX Designer.
- Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript & jQuery.
- Up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies.
- Exposure in using AWS/Azure technology, cloud application development.
- Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction and strong attention to detail & accuracy.
- Effective communication (both written and oral) skills and the ability to present complex ideas in a clear, concise manner.
- Experience on eCommerce / Market place apps such as Magento l, Shopify etc.
- Knowledge on Photoshop, Illustrator, Visual design wireframe Tools with a creative mindset.
- Create and maintain all levels of specifications / documentations.

- Defining the test process and methodologies by using “best practices” and continuously improving to create efficiencies

- Perform predominantly Manual Testing and limited Test Automation Documenting all testing results in conjunction with test scenarios and data sets.
- Maintain positive and healthy professional relationship with peers and external parties.
- Degree or Higher Diploma in IT or equivalent qualification.
- Knowledge of software development techniques & tools.
- Minimum of Three (03) years’ experience in Web Application and ERP Testing.
- Experience on any ERP Development and/or understanding of one or many of following business processes is essential: Finance & Accounting / SCM / CRM / SFA / WMS / SRP / Manufacturing
- Fluency in SDLC process and procedures.
- Knowledge and experience of working in the Agile Environment, test/defect management tools: JIRA, JMeter, Postman and API Testing.
- Create and maintain all levels of specifications / documentations.
- Experience in writing black box and GUI test cases.
- Excellent analytical and problem-identification abilities with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
